HIFU for Body

Focused ultrasound energy delivered to deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen, gradually tightening and firming areas that have lost their structure.

A protocol,

not a session.

STEP 01

Focused ultrasound energy is delivered into the deeper layers of the skin without affecting the surface.

STEP 02

This energy creates controlled heat at specific depths which triggers a natural response in the tissue.

STEP 03

Collagen production is stimulated and existing collagen fibres contract.

STEP 04

Over time, this leads to gradual tightening and improved skin support. You may feel a warm prickling sensation as the energy is delivered.

Duration

Per session

Most people start noticing a visible lift and improved firmness around 8 to 12 weeks after their session with results continuing to develop up to 6 months.

Downtime

None

Some redness and mild swelling on the day is normal and fades quickly.

Recovery

8 to 12 weeks

A single session is often enough for maintenance. Those with more noticeable laxity may benefit from a follow-up session after 6 to 12 months.

Common questions about

HIFU for Body

How is HIFU different from a surgical facelift?

+

A surgical facelift physically repositions tissue and removes excess skin. HIFU stimulates your body to rebuild collagen from within, which lifts and firms gradually. The results are more subtle but require no recovery time, no anaesthesia and no incisions.

Is HIFU painful?

+

Most people experience a warm prickling sensation during treatment, particularly over bony areas. It is uncomfortable in moments but manageable. Your doctor can adjust the settings if needed.
