Loss of Skin Elasticity
Explore
Skin elasticity is the skin’s ability to stretch and return to its original position. When this declines, the skin begins to sag and lose definition — particularly along the jawline, under the eyes, across the cheeks and on the neck. This reflects deeper structural changes within the dermis.

HIFU for Skin
A non-invasive skin tightening treatment using focused ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen deep beneath the surface, lifting and firming without incisions.

COG Threads
A minimally invasive thread lift using barbed dissolvable threads to immediately reposition sagging tissue while stimulating long-term collagen production.

Microneedling
A minimally invasive procedure using fine needles to trigger collagen production, improving acne scars, uneven texture, and overall skin quality.

Cosmelan Peel
An intensive medical depigmentation treatment that targets melanin production at its source, followed by a structured home-care phase for sustained results.

Brite Peel
A medical depigmenting peel designed for stubborn melasma, dark patches and sun-induced pigmentation that has not responded to regular skincare.

Botox
An injectable treatment that temporarily relaxes facial muscles responsible for expression lines, softening wrinkles and refining the jawline.

A consultation is just a conversation
You come in with your concerns, we take the time to understand them, and you leave with a clearer picture than you walked in with.
How many treatments are needed?
+
For mild to moderate laxity, a single HIFU session combined with a course of biostimulator treatments may be sufficient with results building over 3–6 months. More advanced laxity typically benefits from a phased combination protocol reviewed and adjusted over time.
Is HIFU or threads more effective for skin laxity?
+
Both work through different mechanisms and are often most effective when used together. HIFU targets deeper structural layers using focused ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen at the foundation level, while threads provide immediate mechanical lift and ongoing collagen stimulation. The right choice depends on the degree of laxity and individual anatomy.
Can lost elasticity be fully restored?
+
While it is not possible to completely replicate the skin of an earlier decade, significant improvement in firmness, lift, and skin quality is achievable. The earlier treatment begins, the better the outcome.
