Your skin is the first thing the world sees and the last thing most people truly understand. It reacts to stress, hormones, diet, environment and climate, all at once. At Therefore I'm, the Skin Department exists for one reason: to make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and address it properly.

Common questions about
Skin Department
How often should I get treatments?
+
For active improvement, sessions are usually spaced every 2–4 weeks depending on the treatment. Once results are achieved, monthly or seasonal maintenance is typically sufficient.
Can dullness be improved with skincare alone?
+
Skincare can help maintain brightness, but it rarely addresses deeper causes such as slowed cell turnover, poor circulation or collagen decline. In-clinic treatments help accelerate and amplify results.
Can acne scars be completely removed?
+
Most acne scars can be significantly improved, though complete removal depends on the depth, type, and duration of the scar. Atrophic scars respond particularly well to collagen-stimulating treatments with patients seeing visible texture improvement over time.
How many sessions are needed?
+
Mild texture caused by dehydration or surface buildup can improve within 2–3 sessions. Deeper texture issues related to scarring typically require 6–8 sessions, with continued improvement as collagen remodelling progresses.
How is GFC different from PRP?
+
Both use your own blood and the same core principle of growth factor stimulation. GFC involves a more refined preparation that concentrates growth factors more precisely. It also tends to be smoother to inject and is generally considered the more advanced of the two options.
